New Airfares

Now I haven't completely finalised my flights for the trip next year, but it's about 99.99% done. In light of this I've been playing around on Ryanair, Easyjey, bmibaby etc looking for cheap fares.

I've picked up the following:
Frankfurt-Rome-Barcelona-Rome for AUD$68.

I'm a happy, happy girl. Frankfurt is the stopping point for my Lufthansa flight from New York to London and I was going to have a couple of days there anyhow so this is an awesome bonus.

The cheapies are with Ryanair and seeing as though they fly out of airports like Avalon transport to the good bits will cost a bit more. Have looked into it and it's not as bad as I thought. Sure, it takes a bit longer (up to 1 hour as opposed to 20 minutes or so) but I can handle that. More stuff to look at out the window, time to catch my breath in a new country.

Hey, here's a thought. I should probably look into visa's for Germany, Italy and Spain (yes, I'm going to SPAIN!) but I don't think that will be a problem. Pretty much all Australian passports get some visa free time.
